These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to, participation in, and use of the Program, including but not limited to the acquisition, activation, and utilization of Start Non-Fungible Tokens (“NFTs”) and START for the purpose of paying power bills and potentially receiving utility-based discounts credited in START Tokens.
